I understand that cat adoptions are not on a first come first served basis, and that SCBI strives to match cats to homes and situations that are best suited to their particular personalities and needs. I further understand that my application will be kept on file for six (6) months and that after the expiration of that time period, I may be requested to fill out a new application.
