Hi, my name is Billy! I was starving and wandering the streets of Philly when a wonderful lady scooped me up and brought me to safety. Despite having a rough start to life, I'm an extremely sweet boy who loves to be loved and will give it back ten folds. My foster mom says if you look up "perfect kitty" in the dictionary my picture would be there! I don't know how to read but I do know how to cuddle up with you and purr my little head off. Though I'm still a young and playful boy, my mom says I'm very gentle for my age. I like to run around with my best friend Bowie and play with toys, but I'm super sweet and gentle with my humans. *I need to be adopted with my best friend Bowie because we are always together and when we're apart we get sad and look for each other.
