Hi, my name is Bowie! I was trapped in Philly and immediately charmed my finders with my cuteness. I'm approximately 7 months old, black and white with the cutest heart shaped nose. Everyone who meets me says how pretty I am but I'm also really funny too. I love to play with toys and chase my best bud Billy around.
