Darbey and Daisey were kittens born in their foster home in April 2020, after their mom was rescued from the streets of Philadelphia. Since then, they have been living with a lovely family who sadly had to give them up because a family member developed severe allergy-triggered asthma.
Darbey (also called Jupiter, often shortened to Jupey) is very playful. He loves stuffed toy mice in particular and will even play "fetch" with them, as if he thinks he is a dog! He loves to jump on your lap as soon as you get home, or even better, take a mid-day nap with you.
Former family says of the kitties: "Darbey and his sister are super-affectionate, friendly, and loving. They will be waiting for you when you get home, and they will follow you from room to room throughout the day. They grew up with small children so they are very patient and tolerant. They warm up to strangers quickly and will be on your lap within minutes of meeting you. They are wonderful cats."
