I was named because when I came to my foster parents, I was the "spiciest" of my siblings. Now that I have had a year to mellow out, I feel I was misnamed, as my sister Cayenne is spicier when picked up. I am a bit shy, but spend all my time around my foster parents checking for love. I will probably take quite a bit to warm up to you, and ask that my new parents be patient, as it will come. I am approximately one year old and can be distinguished from my sister by my beautiful mittens. I will make a wonderful addition to a family who is quiet, and hope that my forever home will come soon. Habenero would do best in a quiet family with no children (teens may be okay) or dogs.
Habenero and Cayenne must be adopted as a bonded pair. SM
