This sweet 11 month old was found wandering around Perkasie crying for help. Fortunately the foster's daughter took her in from the cold and fed her. After taking Noel to her vet to check for a chip, none was found. The foster's daughter checked pet posts, put up fliers and asked neighbors who may have known her but no one would claim they did. Then she contacted her father who is a Stray Cat Blues foster and he took Noel in.
Noel has had all her shots updated and is FIV/FELV negative. She was treated for a urinary tract infection, and was spayed.
She is very friendly and plays well with other cats! She will sleep with her Foster Dad on most nights. She is litter trained and eats just about any food put in front of her.
