Meet Tuxedo Tito!
This handsome little man was found outside in Philly and needed a rescue to take him on and make him feel safe. After being in foster care for a little bit, he is a whole new guy! He is now a lot less shy and LOVES to play. Cardboard scratchers are his absolute favorite. He definitely warms up to other cats faster than people, so he will need a feline friend in his new home to show him the ropes.
