I'm named after Valentino, the Latin Lover because well, I am a LOVER! I'm very friendly and outgoing and so very sweet. I like being held but also am always on the lookout for a warm lap. I'm about 11 years old. I'm not a Russian Blue but I certainly look and feel like one. I was with a family until recently when with health issues and moving they could no longer care for me. I have some vision impairment but you'd never know it. That comes from my kitten days when I had an untreated eye infection before I was rescued. But I get around just fine, just watch me chase a fly that gets into the house. I enjoy looking out screen doors and windows. I was good friends with the family's golden retriever and seem to be okay with the other cats in my foster home. I am a healthy senior and the only requirement for my eyes is annual antiviral drops. I'm pretty confident in new situations; I was exploring in my foster home about one hour after arrival. I can't believe I'm looking for a home at this point in my life but I'm taking it well and look forward to my next adventure.
