Our Mission
To rescue stray and abandoned cats and kittens located primarily in Montgomery, Bucks and other suburban Philadelphia counties, and find them safe and appropriate homes.
Our Vision
We envision a community where our cat population is controlled through spaying or neutering, and all cats and kittens have safe places to live and thrive.
“Saving one cat will not change the world, but surely for that one cat, the world will change forever.”

Our Strategy
Volunteer foster homes help socialize the rescued cats and prepare them for adoption.
We provide micro-chip and spay or neuter, and any necessary veterinary treatment to all fosters before adoption.
We ensure that all potential adopters are properly screened and prepared to care for the adopted cat(s) long term.
We actively encourage Trap Neuter Return (TNR) of feral cats.
We educate community members to ensure the feral cat(s) thrive after being returned.
A core group of volunteers remain committed to our Barn Cat Program. This provides a safe place for cats to live that are not suitable for in home adoption.
Our Environment
Stray Cat Blues, Inc. is committed to providing all applicants, approved adopters, and members of the community who visit us virtually or at adoption centers at PetSmart North Wales or PetSmart Collegeville with a supportive, friendly, and safe environment. Stray Cat Blues does not tolerate discrimination based on race, religion, ethnicity, national origin, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, age, or any other protected status.
Stray Cat Blues volunteers are expected to uphold positive standards of conduct and help maintain a supportive environment for their fellow volunteers and all members of the public, including those who may reach out to us via online methods like social media (Facebook or Instagram) or via our online Help Request Portal or email systems.
We believe it takes a village to save lives, and we are firmly committed to supporting professional and courteous interactions with all members of that village, and, of course, to opening our arms to new members, too!

"My boyfriend and I just adopted our Weasley (formerly known as Blaze) from Stray Cat Blues this week! He was staying up in North Wales. They were great about working with us when we wanted to change our pick up day with short notice to allow to have him for the holidays. Everyone is adjusting well and Weasley is LOVING all of the belly rubs he's getting!!! Thank you Stray Cat Blues!!!
