Becky Alves joined Stray Cat Blues three years ago when she first reached out for help trapping a feral mom and her kittens in her backyard. Even then, she had the compassion and determination to make a difference—she just needed the right tools. Once she got them, there was no stopping her.

Becky has since saved countless lives, and her reputation for rescuing and trapping kitties in Red Hill has made her a go-to person in the community. Becky’s compassion doesn’t just stop at cats; she’s a friend to all animals, embodying a rare and deep empathy.
